Billing questions
What counts toward my hours?
The duration of each source we process (audio or video). Re-writing, language versions, AI edits and exports of an already processed source don't count.
What if a job fails?
Minutes are counted only when the evidence (transcript and screenshots) is successfully built. If writing fails later, the evidence is kept and you can retry for free.
Can I process captions only?
Yes. Captions or a timestamped transcript produce an article with citations but without screenshots, and count by their length.
Will a retry or a refresh charge me twice?
No. Transcribed parts, articles and derived formats are cached by input, so a refresh, a retry or an identical request reuses what already exists.
